Shipping Policy

Insurance to cover damage to goods during shipment is always figured into the shipping charge. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier (USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS) in accordance with the carrier’s current policy and procedure regarding damage during transit.

In the event of merchandise returned to us, the customer must purchase carrier provided insurance to cover the full retail value of the merchandise while in transit. It is always recommended that returned merchandise be shipped with a carrier that will provide a tracking number in case of loss. We cannot issue a credit or refund for merchandise lost, or damaged in transit. Insurance and a trackable form of shipping is your only safeguard against this situation.

Roth Jewelers will reimburse the cost of the shipping and insurance, ONLY if the returned merchandise is defective, and we will require prior notice to it being shipped. For additional information about shipping procedures, please contact us at rothjewelers@rothjewelers.com.
